I guess word got out that we were coming back and I was flooded with phone calls for a total of 15 driveways. Exhaustion set in mid afternoon, but we pushed through and got them all done.

Fairly easy day. I had three driveway pressure washing Valrico. Came back to Riverview and cleaned a driveway and cleaned/prepped the concrete flower borders for sealing tomorrow. For this type of project, I use a clear water repellant rather than the more expensive urethane sealer which keeps the natural look instead of a glossy appearance. So far, I have seen almost three years of protection on previous projects where this was applied.

I bought a new, larger, surface cleaner this morning. I love the 24 inch deck and it helps get concrete work done even faster. I spent all day in Lithia, Fishhawk pressure washing. I finished up later than I planned and the heat forced an end to the day rather than trying to catch up on earlier work this week.

I had a last minute pressure washing job called in earlier this week. One of my customers had an investment property that was ready to be listed for sale. The best I could do was offer Saturday. It was a huge job and I had to call in a friend to help get it done before the afternoon storms rolled in. On the way home, my truck broke down. Luckily we were near Brandon and had it towed to my mechanic. It will have to wait till Monday it was near closing time.

Took today off for a massive upgrade on the trailer. Brand new 8 gpm pressure washer and 19 gallon fuel tank was added, replacing a 3.5 gpm machine. I also added an electric hose reel and neutralilzer tank for the soft wash system. I still need two more hose reels for the pressure washing hoses, but they are on backorder and may not get here until summer. Slowly, my dream is becoming reality for this trailer.
