If you have any concerns regarding your water supply or its availability, contact Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC in advance to discuss potential solutions or alternatives.

Color and Tone Concerns

The properties and species of wood age and weather can greatly affect the resulting color or tone of the stain. Note: Variances may occur on individual boards as well as the total project, as densities and other. Characteristics vary across and throughout the wood. Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC and its associates attempt to represent the final finish color and tones as best as possible. While we can often give you an idea of the overall color or tone you must expect some variance in the overall finish.

Concrete and other Surface Areas

After conducting surface cleaning to eliminate pollutants such as debris, dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and algae, it is possible for pre-existing imperfections on the surface to become visible. The overall appearance of concrete is influenced by several factors, primarily related to when it was originally poured and cured. As the surface pollutants are removed, the concrete will expose any imperfections that were previously hidden by these stains. Customers should be aware that not all concrete will have a uniform appearance, even within the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab.

Courtesy and Safety

When engaging the services of Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC, it is important to adhere to certain safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of everyone involved. Our team is dedicated to providing superior service while maintaining a safe environment. Here is what we ask from you when we are on location:

Keep Children and Pets Away

  • Children: Ensure that all children are kept at a safe distance from the work area. Pressure cleaning equipment can be dangerous, and it is crucial to prevent accidents by maintaining a secure perimeter.
  • Pets: Similarly, all pets should be kept indoors or in a secured area away from the work site. This prevents any harm to your beloved pets and allows our team to work without interruption.

Other Individuals

  • Family and Visitors: Please make sure that any other individuals who might be present on the property are aware of the ongoing work and the importance of staying clear of the designated area. This will help avoid any unnecessary risks or disruptions.

Why These Precautions Are Important

  • Safety First: The primary reason for these precautions is safety. Pressure cleaning involves high-pressure water jets, which can cause injury if mishandled or if individuals are too close to the operation.
  • Efficiency: By keeping the work area clear, our team can perform their tasks more efficiently and without distraction, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Liability: These measures help in minimizing any potential liabilities should an accident occur, protecting both you and our team.

Payments

Payments to Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC are required according to the schedule outlined in the contract and can be made via cash, check, Zelle, CashApp, or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Please note that credit card payments will incur an additional processing fee. All outstanding balances are always due upon job completion, with the only exception being an agreed modification for commercial clients or municipalities. Any deviations from this policy must be mutually agreed upon and documented in writing.

Scheduling

Scheduling in a business which productivity relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.

Removal and Replacement Responsibilities

The homeowner is responsible for the removal and replacement of grills, deck or patio furniture, planters, and any other items prior to our arrival. If Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC must remove items from the work area, we will not be liable for any damage, breakage, or storage concerns. Please note that an additional charge may apply for the time and labor involved in the removal and replacement of these items.

Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC Damage Disclaimer

Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC is not liable for damages resulting from:

  • Improperly installed siding
  • Loose shingles or siding
  • Broken or open windows
  • Damaged screens
  • Improperly sealed windows and doors
  • Wood rot
  • Defective construction
  • Poorly secured wires
  • Loose or poorly installed gutters
  • Improper caulking

In cases involving aluminum siding, as well as some instances with vinyl siding, be aware that sun exposure and weather conditions may lead to bleaching or fading of colors. Any failing surface materials may become more noticeable. Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC will not take responsibility for such conditions. Furthermore, we are not liable for loose mortar that may come loose during the cleaning process. To ensure a safe cleaning experience, Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC employs Soft Washing for roofs and low pressure for siding, fences, and screens.

Stains

Some stains are resistant to power washing. Examples include tree sap, artillery fungus, and splatters from various stains and paints, which conventional methods cannot effectively remove. We strive to highlight these areas to our customers during project estimates. In some cases, certain stains may be impossible to eliminate entirely. Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC cannot guarantee the removal of artillery fungus from exterior surfaces of the house.

Bugs and Infestations

A prevalent issue in our area is the presence of Mud Dobbers, which create dirt mounds on homes. While pressure washing can remove the mud, it may still leave a stain on the stucco. Spider nests, which appear as small yellow sacks, are commonly found in new constructions or properties near wooded areas. Additionally, spider webs in pool cages can be troublesome. Although our cleaning solution assists in breaking down the webs, we cannot promise complete removal of these sticky nests or the spiders, as this typically falls under pest control. We will make every effort to make the house or building look as clean as possible, but we cannot prevent the return of pests or their nests. Our objective is to clean the surfaces to the best of our ability without causing further damage.

Watertight

Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC anticipates that your property is in good repair and weathertight. This includes all electrical services, such as receptacles and light fixtures, as well as doors and windows. Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC is not liable for damages resulting from water infiltration due to poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical-related items, doors, or windows.

Window Spotting

Windows may exhibit water spots as a result of our cleaning services. Riverview Pressure Cleaning LLC employs a chemical neutralizer to eliminate any cleaning residue from the glass. However, since the final rinse utilizes county water, it may leave water spots as the windows dry.

By accepting our appointment, which also serves as a service agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The customer is now scheduled for the agreed date and time and is financially responsible for this agreement, including any cancellation fees.
